The scope could have been dealt with by issuing another certificate and having the same seniority fly those aircraft just like many other companies do it.

You know this was about flying the bigger equipment for 50 seat rates. Man, at least the Freedom A scabs lived up to what they did.

It is my friend's seats as those seats should be flown by the same seniority list under a different certificate. Answer the statement, you said the company was created to circumvent AA's scope....well, how about what just posted above. whether you're a good person or not you will always be a scab, I just got the most rescent list sent to me by a friend, it's alot longer than 82 names!
