IMHO,

1) That "40%" cut was taken by Timmay H. Thanks for remembering the number. He really took one for the team. He'd already made over $10M in the TPG deal.
2) "You took a stand on "principal" and told MEH to shove it when they came to you with a pay scale that you didnt deem exceptable." Typos aside, of course RAH would find them acceptable, Midex pilots were offered RAH rates.
