I can answer for my community (and I would bet that most McD/Boeing products are similar):

Pitot Heat - Electrical
Engine Anti-Ice - Bleed air
Windshield Anti-Ice - Bleed air at high volume at 250 deg F.
Finally basic airwork resulting in airspeeds giving at least +5 deg Inlet Temp (+10 deg preferred) or climbing/descending out of the freezing conditions.

No de-ice available.
