Could be but you can't consistently fly 140 hour months with out CIC. As I said look at their schedules.
Some people just don't understand that there is no reason to hire or return BLG's back to normal when one pilot does the work of two people.
Between vacation and sick calls from Aug07-Sep-09 there is at least some sort of activity on EVERY WEEK for over two years straight
