For me they work great in the regional jet as well. The regional airline I worked for does require that headset be TSO certified though.

The Clarity Aloft comes in both TSO'd and non-TSO'd. If you get molded ear pieces, the replacement foam issue becomes moot. Also, the molded ones will not fall out.
