Do any other CRJ-200 Operators require you guys to manually set the Takeoff pitch to 10 degrees before you take the RWY??? I know some AD came out a while ago having to do with over rotating during icing conditions....but we had a Comair guy in the jumpseat yesterday and he said they dont use the FD for takeoff....

So do any other airlines besides AWAC do this???
