Wanting to get a better grasp on block representation.

How many blocks are there?
How are the block sizes determined?
Are all blocks the same size?
Will more blocks ever be added?
Do pilots stay in the same block their whole career?
Do you stay in your block regardless of domicile?
etc., etc.
