What's everyone so worked up about....SWA and F9 pilots just didn't agree.

Suppose you list your house at $150,000. You get an offer of $135,000, which you decline. They counter with $140. You hold firm on $150. The "deal" dies.

Nobody got "screwed." Maybe later, you'll wish you had taken the $140. Maybe the other folks will someday wish they had paid the $150. Maybe not. Who knows? Nevertheless, you can't say either side was disengenuous. They just didn't want to pay more than $140, and you didn't want less than $150.
