Technically, by him leaving to pursue a career as a CPA, he has created at least one vacancy in a tight job market.
Personally, I have a tremendous level of respect and admiration for what Bryis has done. How many people complain about their current situations versus actually being proactive and doing something about it? I'm not a CPA, but I have plenty of friends who are practicing CPAs. From what I've seen, that type of certification is far from easy and ranks as one of the toughest professional qualifications one can attain.
