I have tried 50 freakin' times to submit an application and it is almost midnight and I get an error message that tells me I must fill out the required fields....I have!! Shot in the dark, but right-click your IE icon > Internet Properties > Delete and clear your cache and cookies, then try again. Sometimes sites that require you to fill out a form will drop a cookie(s) on your box that retain certian information. Not 100% that will work, but it certainly can't do any harm. And no, I'm sure you're not an idiot. Although we all are in our own rite I suppose.
