I have tried 50 freakin' times to submit an application and it is almost midnight and I get an error message that tells me I must fill out the required fields....I have!! I had the same thing happen. One of the sections asked for something that didn't apply to me, so I wrote "No". It kept telling me that I need to fill out all fields. So I added a period after the "NO" and it accepted it.
