I have tried 50 freakin' times to submit an application and it is almost midnight and I get an error message that tells me I must fill out the required fields....I have!! That's the first filter. If you can't get past that they won't hire you. I think I had a problem with that too. I think I just pushed a little harder on the key board, and it finally let me past.
