That's funny, because I just flew with our number 1 FO and he still can't figure out why he's not getting all his bid choices, and finding out that people junior to him are getting pairings he bid...I'm in the same boat, just not bidding number one, but there is no transparency with our PBS system, and I frequently see junior crewmembers getting pairings I didn't from my first and second layers.
