Honestly I don't know. I know that during the union drive last year it seemed like the pro-union guys were really stressing the switch to white shirts, while the others seemed content with the faded blues.
A few years back I thought everyone wanted to switch, but the more guys I talk to the more seem to like the blue. Who knows?
I just think the little cheap things (new shirt supplier, no metal wings, and the lack of standardization) really keep out uniform from looking sharp. I do think we are below the line when it comes to professionalism, I think some of it has to do with the way the company has/is been treating us.
