The current overseas carrier that I work for has not been able to get uniforms through customs since August 2008. So, everybody wears whatever dark colored pants they want, and a white shirt. Some have ties (I never got one and don't wear one), some have metal wings, and everybody has silver striped epaulets.... except the contract pilots, that wear gold ones. No hats. Some folks have beards.
