Uhhh.... There's also Hickam, which is a tough sale if not a local, but I've known a couple. But Elmo, I know folks that came from outside. Getting hired now....maybe not so much. But this kid is from Anchorage so he's not outside.
Can't speak to Jackson (though I met non Miss dudes that got hired back when) but Hawaii and Alaska don't like commuters much because they know how bad the commute is.
