to use the term "looming" would lead me to believe that you thought that we were released from arbitration by the NMB. This is not the case. We are in exactly the same position we have been. Our Union is taking strides to put pressure on the company that will either get them to be more serious in negotiations (see our side of things more clearly) or get us a release by asking the NMB to offer a proffer of arbitration. If the NMB offers this proffer then you could say that a 30 day cooling off period would be looming.
