When the hiring was going on at DAL, and everywhere else, a black female didn't have to make CA at a regional or at a corporate job. They didn't have to wait for CA nor suck it up on reserve for 12-18 months witha crappy QOL to hold out for DAL. One of the other majors would suck them up long before they even got there. You ask why DAL only has one black female, and that that "says something".
