You tried to call your companies bluff which didn't work then you try to force the IBTs hand. You want to go to the top of a seniority list, call everyone here scabs, and bad mouth the group in public saying they lack professionalism, experience, and shouldn't be hired then you have the audacity to turn around and say you aren't being treated the way you feel you should.
