You didn't read all of my post, a corporate job getting turbine PIC would count. You are correct, alot of major airline pilots never saw a regional, especially alot of minorities.
Not all airline pilots were regional CA's, you are correct. Some went military. But why would a minority want to go that route, with all the uncertainty, getting shot at, ect? Oh, I forgot. The military is racist as well.
Taking full advantage of AA would get them to a major faster with less potential for harship anyway.
BTW, are you a lousy/sloppy typer or just have a poor grasp of English? Reading your posts, I hope you learn to spell before ever submitting a resume/application anywhere. With is spelled just like that, not "before you apply wit them".
