Now I agree we are all to blame for looking past the actual language, in my case I was blinded by the shiney hidden money being flashed in my face.

4A2b is not a bad provision as envisioned. Spread the pain across the board, if the company can't afford to fly one fleet below blg; buy up remaining blgs. If the company is truely over manned then reduce blgs across the board. Too bad 4A2b will be a casualty in the next contract when harder language could have better served us.
