As far as buying PDT, the long and short is that there really isn't too much to purchase. Asset-wise, we have 33 owned -102's of 1984-mid 90's vintage, and the the 11 -311's are leased. Throw in spare parts, and maybe the MDT/SBY hangars. I'm sure US would want to retain the ground handling part of the business.

I'm really doubting this one, but if it were true, it really wouldn't raise that much capital for US, IMHO?
