Oh my gosh!!! Will everybody just chill on the "minimums" question. Do you guts really think that anybody has any idea what future mins will be? Even the hr department doesn't know what they will be so how could we? You know how to find out the mins? Apply fir the job and wait for a call. That's the only way cause they change so much.
