Nobody is "demanding" anything. It's your (anyone's) choice to volunteer but don't be shocked if you don't give and someone calls you greedy (esp. since everyone on property makes over 100K). Like one hour of sicktime is going to bankrupt anyone. <rolling my eyes> If one is truly demanding then I would call them a jerk. So, back to the original question.....what do you call it if not greedy?
