You always have a 12 month lock when going through long term training. Exception is if you were displaced from one aircraft into another aircraft, without being furloughed you wont have a lock. Lets not forget that there is also a base lock of 12 mos.
so this would mean that if i went back and was given say SJU ATR unless someone displaced me out i would be on SJU ATR for 12 mo. before i could even try to bid off that equipment?
