The MOU is voluntary. Period.
You are certainly entitled to your opinion(s). Broadcasting them here by using terms like "selfish and greedy" ensure that the MOU will divide rather than unite.
I don't care if someone gave or didn't give to the MOU. OTOH, don't tell me about the condo in Hawaii you just bought and the fact your wife still works right after you said you didn't contribute. It's a personal choice but a little tact goes a long way.
