The 33% that did not participate showed UPS just how unified we are. I know there are many pilots here that can't afford to materially participate in the MOU, however every single pilot here with a couple of exceptions could afford to donate 1 hour of sick time. 33% of us chose not to. In my mind those 33% are a threat to our unity and I will have to take that into account the next time we have a strike vote. If 33% can't even afford to give up $100 to $200 after tax for the sake of unity do I trust them to potentially walk away from their job if we are seeking self help.
I believe the minimum sick time donation was 10 hrs.
