Freightpuppy--I know you are coming from a good place and are just encouraging others to watch out for the good of the group, but you are taking it too far. Your opinions smack of socialism/communism. If someone doesn't participate that does not make them greedy. They have no duty to justify to you, me or anyone else how much they give, if at all. I really feel sorry for you if you think 1 out of 3 pilots at UPS is a greedy pig.
I think FedEx sick bank goes up to 650 hrs, and you can make it up at any time......I think ours is up to 148 this year...so I agree it needs to be built up for those unforseen situations.......
