I work for Colgan and I know TSA and Mesa are having the same problem for the last few months. If you're in the United system and your flying on United or any of there express flights they will take $20 plus tax out of your pay check for every leg. I live in IAH and work out of IAD and to keep from being charge I have to fly Delta or American!
