(For a King Air) I've seen some that require 1,000 hours Multi PIC, and others that have hired folks with maybe 40 hours Multi PIC.
For the most part it's all about who you know, but I don't think you'll ever hear anyone tell you that you can have "too much" multi time. Forget degrees, and turbine time...IMO, when hiring picks up, the single largest factor that will seperate pilots who are eligible for a job or not is how much multi time they have. Not saying I agree with it, but thats how I feel.
