Bingo... this blitz has been planned since the beginning of the phase of flight changes. They've been doing them a month after each phase has taken effect.

I'm of the same mindset in regards to line checks- if you fly standard every day, just fly the same you do every day and it's a no brainer- except dont pull out the sudoku and do pull out the O2 mask.
The only difference with these is that there will be LCA input where there was none last time. The previous ones were to provide feed back to the A-Team and the guys working on the transition. This time around that still stands, but they are also going to be providing clarification to the procedures.
