I wish it were as simple as you put it. If you knew anything about the POS'02 CAL CBA, you would realize that the only good thing in there is CAL's SCOPE clause/guidlines. When looking at the full spectrum of 'Legacy Carrier's' operating under their present SCOPE clause's, you may soon realize that's ONE thing that CAL has going for them under the present CBA.

So yes, when talking about "little planes" (as you put it), the bed is made in regards to the present SCOPE, and CAL's "bed" is comfy on the topic when looking at other carrier's agreements.
