No it won't. If there's any tension, it will quickly be resolved between the two MEC's to avoid any jumpseat wars.
Like it or not, the new agreement will be taking place and the last thing that XJT or CAL needs is some boneheads starting a turf-war.
Don't forget, you guys already have special agreements with the other carriers you provide service to as well.
