I think it is rational conjecture.
Everything I've heard from Flt Ops Mgmt suggests CVG will see a lot of RJ changes (Comair coming back home from NYC) and the mainline side will be remain the same.
I was thinking that this may be the trial location for a Virtual Base.
Lots of changes, and with 30 or so mainline flights a day it is hard to justify a full base there.
