Most have imiplied your hiring pool (50 ish I thought) would be used. But you are there and know more then those of us who arent. So I have to take your knowledge of the situation. But it seems odd from what others have been saying at your very company.
I would just like to put my two cents into this. There are not 50 pilots in the hiring pool. The pool was depleted about 8 monts ago. If there is anyone left in the pool, that number is very low, my guess would be 5 or less and I think thats a high number. Hope this helps.
