Anyone think there will be a mass hiring before the rules take effect in order to get as many low time FOs as possible (so that they wont be able to leave for greener pastures, and probably willing to work for lower wages)?

wow, i thought is was 3 years for all thos who dont have ATP mins already flying at 121 carier have the grace period. could be wrong. But, no airline is going to hire below the new mins coming just for liability reasons, becasue there is a law in place and an expectation.
