This is very true, in the next few years the retirements start in full force and there will be alot of them year after year for the next 20+ years. (That assumes all go to 65 as well which is unlikely so the numbers should come quicker). Around 2016 or 17 we will lose around 800 pilots a year for 4 years in a row. That's pushing 40% of the pilot list gone in a 4 year span!!

all we need is time and the movement will start and continue based Ailey on attrition, any growth would just be gravy
