Called CRS and was told they couldn't change an "insufficient reserves" denial but keep trying 'cause things constantly change (nice lady, not her fault).
So even though this benefits the company and we're overmanned to the point of 4a2b, we still don't have enough reserves on a Sunday afternoon to move a day.
