Seems like investing to me.

INVESTOR: An individual who commits money to investment products with the expectation of financial returns. . . . Seems to me he made a return 140%. Better than most Wall Street can do.

TRADERS: One who buys and sells securities for his/her personal account, not on behalf of clients or an investor who holds stocks and securities for a short period of time (a few minutes, hours or days, weeks, months). The goal is to profit from short-term gains in the market.

Whatever you want to call it . . . the GOAL is the same.
