Ellen, how can you be so wrong so often?

Clearly, this in not a sound long term investment strategy.

Brilliant! Lets all move all our money off shore. Then no one will pay any taxes! Of course then there will be no government services either.

You know, pretty much anybody can make 140% return on any single trade. And a $1000 investment isn't a drop in the bucket in the entire market. Now, maintain a 140% annual return on a several hundred million doller portfolio.... yeah, I'm sure that happens a lot.

Empahsis changed.
Traders do not invest.
Traders do not build.
Traders do not contribute.
Traders are hyenas. They nibble at the margins. They grab a quck advantage and then scurry away. Some can make a very nice living at it, no doubt.
But they do nothing
for the market.

No, it isn't.
Just as the goal of a cheat and the honorable man may appear the same: to survive.
The cheat may do anything to that end.
The honorable man will not.
And from another thread:

If you will not, or can not, stop being a parasite, at least stop encouraging others to join you.
