JD...Tony is a good dude. He got screwed by a crappy policy that will probably never change at Skywest. That company is rapidly going downhill...with the health care BS, and lots of other little things that my buddies still there are putting up with. I am glad that I am not there anymore, even the crap they pulled when I left was below the belt. One day the pilots (and employees in general) will figure out that everything that company does is to benefit the top brass. It was not like that when I first started there and it does not have to be like that now, but make no mistake....that is the bottom line!
