It appears that it is going to be a very big bid that will probably encompass most fleets and bases. Now that was last weeks plan, so it can change this week
The exact details are not widely known, so we will let them leak out accordingly.
Looks like a early to mid December AE for everyone. SOC will be announced before the end of the year.
