"SIC" in a caravan as NOT loggable as any sort of flight time unless:

-The company is a 135/121.

-Their FAA OPSPEC requires an SIC.

-You are formally trained and get a checkride.

Insurance requirements, company policy, etc do not count unless it's in the OPSPEC.
