Maybe I'm not quite understanding the terms yet, but when you guys say we are in for the MOAB's, does that necessarily mean that there will be openings thru growth? Is it right for me to ask if this is a displacement bid or an AE?

I mean, are they just opening the system and saying, get where you want to be? Or, are they saying there is growth here and there, go for it?

Ie., if this bid were coming out without the new influx from the north, would you assume that every position would be getting more junior?
