They may want that, but I have not heard that. It is plausible, but if we are all working off the same publications it is going to be real hard to force that.
The company is going to have to spend money one way or another on this bid.

Add to it that I talked to a lot of the dudes that make these decisions and there was not one that even mentioned this over the last few days. It was not even on their radar. They do get surprised, but if it has been going around for some time, then it is a low level rumor.
