Thanks for the replies, guys. No I'm not a new hire and am familiar with ZEDs. I just subscribed to this site and it put me as a new hire. I'll try to fix that.

PhantomFlyer, you ask the exact question I'm trying to figure out. With the B767 max weight and full of cargo, how many seats are there left in the back usually? I mean, if it indicates 50 available seats and, hypothetically, I'm number 1 on the standby list, can I count on getting on? Is the plane max weight with 50 seats left? Or 20 seats? Or only 5-10? I have many options on many airlines including going to Santiago or Buenos Aires and I just want to have a good understanding of this limitation so I know which city and airline to first try! I know it varies from day to day, but I'm just trying to get a ballpark of the number of seats to count OUT of the seats available.

Thanks again!
