The Gulfstream pay to be an airline pilot program is an embarrassment to the profession. I hope it goes the way of MAPD. I think the folks that sign up for Gulfstream just don't know any better. The program brings down the profession because it encourages people to work for less than nothing as a way to bypass the established system of building time and experience in the traditional manner. I hope the new regs put a stop to low timers paying to fly as Gulfstream 121 F/O's. It's a scam that has gone on way too long.
