Titanium spring temples
I'd recommend glasses without hinges, instead with very thin springy temples. Typically made from a titanium alloy, Maui Jim and Serengeti both have models.
The temple-piece is very thin and flexible, and shouldn't interfere with an ANR headset hardly at all. (they fit beautifully under my passive headset).
