Are there commercially available affordable testers that can be purchased and carried by flight crews?

I've detected the "stinky wet sock" aroma in the past... if this is as serious as it seems I hope ALPA saferty picks up on it and provides some guidance sicne we know none of our companies will do anything until the lawsuits get more expensive than the fix...

a few ground evac's for stinky sock and wet dog should get some attention to the problem.
