No one is implying that the circumstance is a dream come true for all in the industry, but it is a step in the right direction. When companies with better than average contracts/wages get the CPA's, the ones that stand to lose the most are guys like J.O., Hulas, and Bedford, who pride themselves in paying as little as possible under the worst contractual circumstances.
Ideally, all flying should be done at mainline carriers, but this is certainly a step in the right direction.
